Holy Shit is that questionnaire stacked or what.

I'm personally surprised you didn't make at least the 3-7 level. Virtually everyone I know would.

When you put a lifestyle like this out in front of the world, the anonymous world, you will unfortunately get reactions like you have received.

I think it's ok for people to worry a bit about your safety, that's cool. I know a fair number of people in the scene who are out and out abusers so I'm not going to pretend there'e no risk. You seem to be taking what precautions you can though. After all, any person you date can be a psycho and hide it well enough for a short time.

After that though, I think they're out of line in getting into any alleged psychological problems. Which personally I think we all have.

That was the LEAST stacked questionnaire I could find, too! There was another where one of the signs was "masturbating more than 3x per week." !!!

I don't blame people for worrying about my safety. Especially when I realized that I didn't really explain the background of the situation.

There ARE abusers in the scene, but I actually think your risk is LESS if you're actively involved in the community than it is in just the regular vanilla world of dating. You don't have a group of people to "warn" you about someone in the "real world."

Again, thanks for reading!

Just saw this now and I am pretty shocked, at both people being this ignorant, and at that incredibly moralistic questionnaire. But it's been a while since then, huh?

Now I didn't know about this GB. Need to go check it out now! :-)
